Most strategy consulting is written from the sidelines. Ours isn't. Every recommendation we make is grounded in work we've done ourselves: regulated, cloud-first data platforms approved to run production PII in the strictest environment in the country; AI taken from research to revenue; modernizations off legacy stacks; products we design, ship and operate to this day. If we advise it, it's because we've done it.

And everything we design is built with your organization, not handed to it. Security, governance, AI policy — none of it works as theory imposed from outside. We shape it with the people who will live with it, and apply common sense until it actually runs.

We work in a small number of long-running, senior engagements with Belgian enterprises and public institutions. The current flagship: leading a federal government institution's data platform in a Head of Data Platform role — the strategy, the architecture, the governance, and the enablement of the teams who run it.
